ReplyDelete7) In my opinion, John becomes attached to the Katie Pine case because he needs something to occupy his time while his daughter, Kelly, and his wife, Catherine, are away. Also because he has a daughter of his own and he can imagine what it would be like if his daughter was the one who got taken and murdered.
ReplyDelete9). Some characteristic differences between Delorme and John are that Delorme is very outgoing and confident and likes to jump to conclusions, whereas John is more of a quiet observer. They are both similar in that they are both very passionate about their work and are determined to solve the case.
ReplyDelete8) I think that John is a very supportive and caring father. He pays for his daughter to go to Yale to follow her dream of becoming an artist. He doesn't want to see her sad so he doesn't want to tell her that he can't afford to send her to Yale for another year because he knows it will crush her.
